2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Have the authority to bind an organization (if using on behalf of one)
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes

3. Authorized Use

You agree that you will:

  • Use the Service only on systems, applications, and assets that you own or have explicit authorization to test
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Follow all usage limits defined by your subscription plan

You agree not to:

  • Scan, test, probe, or assess systems without authorization
  • Use the Service for illegal, abusive, or malicious purposes
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or safeguards
  • Reverse engineer or tamper with the Service

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization before performing any security testing.

4. Accounts and Credentials

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches

5. Subscription, Billing, and Payment

  • The Service is provided on a subscription basis
  • Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
  • Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law
  • We may change pricing with prior notice

6. Data and Security

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

Security

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF SECURITY FINDINGS

Security tools reduce risk; they do not eliminate it.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyber Automation Solutions from claims arising from:

  • Unauthorized use of the Service
  • Violations of law
  • Security testing without proper authorization

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Use the Service in a harmful or illegal manner

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, access to the Service will cease.

14. Export Controls

You agree to comply with applicable export control laws and regulations, including U.S. export laws.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
